- Your tracking ID is included in your order confirmation email. It follows the format UCB-YYYY-NNNNN. If you cannot find it, contact our team and we will help locate it.

- Standard orders usually take 5–7 business days from artwork approval to dispatch. Rush orders may be completed within 3–4 business days.
