By accessing or placing an order through our website or via direct communication, you agree to the terms outlined in this document. These Terms & Conditions ensure clarity, protect both parties, and establish a smooth production workflow in line with industry standards.

Scope of Services
We manufacture custom printed boxes, retail packaging, food packaging, ecommerce boxes, and specialty packaging solutions. All orders are produced according to the specifications you provide, including size, material, print method, finishing, and quantity.
Ordering Process
All orders require:
- Clear specifications
- Final artwork approval
- Upfront payment (unless agreed otherwise)
- Confirmation of production timelines
We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete information or errors submitted by the client.
Artwork Submission & Approval
You are responsible for supplying print-ready artwork. We accept PDF, AI, EPS, or high-resolution PNG files. Before production, you will receive a digital proof. Production begins only after written approval.
Colour Accuracy
Printed colours may vary slightly due to material type, print method, and screen-to-print differences. Minor variations are normal within UK print industry tolerance. Exact colour matching is not guaranteed unless PMS matching is purchased separately.
Production Turnaround
Standard production time is provided during order confirmation. Turnaround starts after:
- Artwork finalisation
- Payment confirmation
Any revisions, file issues, or late approvals extend timelines.
Materials & Manufacturing Tolerances
Packaging is produced using industry-accepted tolerances:
- ±2mm size variation
- Minor print shift
- Material texture variation
- Slight scoring differences
These tolerances do not qualify for refunds or reprints.
Shipping & Delivery
We deliver across the UK using third‑party couriers. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. Weather, courier delays, strikes, and peak seasons may impact delivery timelines.
Returns, Refunds & Reprints
As all products are custom-made, we do not accept returns. Refunds are not offered for approved and completed orders. Reprints may be provided only if:
- The product significantly differs from the final approved proof.
- A manufacturing defect is verified.
Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled once:
- Artwork has been approved
- Production has started
- Materials have been purchased
Any refundable amount (if applicable) excludes administrative and material costs.
Client Responsibilities

Intellectual Property

Liability

- Loss of profit or business interruption
- Misuse or improper storage of packaging
Our liability is limited to the order value.
Sample & Prototype Policy
Physical samples may have slight differences compared to final production due to machine calibration or material changes. Samples are non-refundable.
Pricing & Payment
All pricing is valid for a limited time and subject to change. VAT may apply depending on order type. Full payment is required before production unless otherwise stated.
Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, including shortages, natural disasters, strikes, or supply chain interruptions.
Privacy & Data Protection
